I caught one fish short at the start on pellet, mugged two decent lumps and had everything else shallow at 13-14m for a 96lb total. I caught on pellets shallow first half and casters shallow after that with worm on the\u00a0hook.<\/p>\n<p>That was enough to win my section and come 2nd overall behind Lee &#8216;Mushy&#8217; Farmer&#8217;s 104lb in a different section at the top end of the lake.<\/p>\n<p>A rather nice start to the series!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Round 1 of the excellent Matrix Commercial Champs run by Wayne Sharman kicked off at Makins Fishery today.
