Last Fish Of The River Season
Yesterday was my last river trip of the season. Decided to get up early and go on the Thames. It wasn’t easy fishing after all the cold overnight rain, but I was rewarded with this gnarly old warrior. Wish I’d packed my scales!
Thought I’d try something a bit different, so I caught it on punched Red Leicester dusted in parmesan!
So nice to end the season with an epic fight and a great big rub-a-dub chub!
