Lake Win On Big Gearys

Just the one match this weekend, Round 5 of the Packington Winter League and my turn to be on Big Gearys.

Peg 19 was my destination and hopes were high as the lake apparently fished well the day before.

Well to cut a long story short, the entire lake’s switched off! I’ve had two carp and 8-10lb of skimmers for 26lb and couldn’t believe that was enough to win the lake! A lovely result just before Christmas!
