Fishing With A Ned Rig
My latest mini video is from a quick session using a Ned Rig setup for perch on my local River Cherwell. This type of rig was originally developed for bass fishing in America, but it can be just as effective for perch and other predators in the UK. The special buoyant material combined with a unique shape of jig head means the lure stands upright and can be twitched and bounced really attractively to induce a take. If nothing else, it’s just a nice way to spend an hour or so on the riverbank!
