A Jolly Time On Jennys With Jason

Another fish-packed coaching session at Tunnel Barn Farm… and even more hail storms than my last one!

I was there with Jason just before the FishOMania qualifier on the venue. I really fancied Jennys Lake to win, so that’s where we all headed.

It was a slow start on pellets, but swapping to maggots was like flicking a switch as quality F1s suddenly appeared. It was the same story with pellets down the edge as maggots were clearly what they wanted on the day, plus a bit of Dynamite Milled Expander.

The sport wasn’t frantic, but every fish was worth waiting for as they were really good quality F1s.
Jason had also brought his dad along for a day’s fishing, so it was nice to get a few pics of them together as a memento of the day.
